Here is a story about a web site sale that went terribly wrong. About two months ago I purchased a website where users play free games online for about $3,000 . I held onto the site until one day I was contacted by someone who had tried to buy the site at the same time I did but missed the opportunity. After a few email exchanges I agreed to sell him the site for $3,600. He asks for my phone number and I give it to him so that we can talk about the transaction. I end up on the phone with this guy for like 3 hours, he just won’t stop talking. The next morning my phone rings at 7:30 A.M. (He lives on the east coast so there is a time difference) wanting to talk to me about the site. At this point I have already transfered the domain name to him and all the cpanel usernames and passwords. The next morning he calls me 10 more times, when I finally wake up and answer he basically spends 20 minutes telling me how the site is going. He then tells me that my Google ads are on his page and I need to get them off immediately. (and that Google is going to penalize me for having my ads on his page) I tell him that I transfered everything over to him and have no access to the site anymore. He did not seem to understand and continued to tell me that Google was going to suspend my account if I did not get my ads off of his site. Once this issue was resolved he continued to call me everyday. According to my phone log (which does not even go back to when he first started calling me) I have 43 calls from him. At this point this guy was not only calling me ask about the site but just to ask me about my business (which he would then turn into a 30 minute conversation). I was trying to be as nice to him as possible but he was definitely getting on my nerves to say the least. If he wasn’t calling to ask how I was doing he would demand some sort of password that I had already given him or demand that I make changes to the website. (by the way these calls were all in the morning…waking me up with each call) Finally one morning he called and that was it, I was done answering his calls. I did not care what he wanted- I sold him the site and that was it I was through talking to him. For the next couple of days I get missed call after missed call from him. He kept calling every 5-10 minutes and I would blatantly press the ignore button after one ring. Previously, to help him with his adsense problem I had referred him to my web designer to help him out. After a few days of me not answering his calls he sent my web designer this email message about me. (by the way this guy that is harassing me works in a security booth)

“My website associate is an FBI agent, I’m not worried about this idiot. I will not only get my money back and damages but I will get my site. I already have a response when he tries to steal the site. If you want to keep dealing with him, I don’t care. I can’t give you any tangible proof other than check whois and (name of website - edited for privacy purposes) and you will see I own this domain. I think he will give up my files when the legal investigations starts. All of this can be traced. He thinks he knows best, then we will see. Better try and talk some sense into him. I see ahead of this, because he doesn’t have a clue who he’s dealing with. You are connected to a cyber bandit and eventually playing with paypal, he will be caught and penalyzed. I’m done trying, hope he sends me the info and stay away from my domain and my site. It’s recorded when he switched the passwords and when he goes in and out of the system. All this is traceable. It’s now being recorded for records. He can’t claim he’s not entering and tampering with the site. He supposed to have sold the domain, then why is he in it still? Well, he’ll have to explain eventually. The funds are also traced.Oh well, your decision what you deal with. I’ll wouldn’t like to head to destruction.” - Guy harassing me

Just for the record, I have no idea what the hell this guy is talking about. This guy is completely paranoid, delusional and out of his mind. However, he is rather entertaining though.
